Product Information

Products listed on our site are collectible figures. We strive to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Minor color variations and factory imperfections are normal for mass-produced collectibles and do not constitute a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website do NOT include import duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes applicable in your destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment fails, pricing error occurs or suspected fraud.

Shipment & Risk of Loss

Goods ship directly from China. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the parcel is handed over to the international carrier.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, character art and branding belong to their respective copyright and trademark holders. We sell genuine manufactured products and do not claim ownership of underlying IP.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or incidental costs to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to customers in EU, United Kingdom and United States.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this withdrawal right, you must notify us by email before the 14-day deadline. You shall return the item at your own cost. The item must be unused, in original factory packaging and in resalable condition. Damaged, incomplete or opened goods that cannot be resold may be subject to value deduction. We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

US Customers

For customers in the United States, returns are accepted in accordance with this policy. There is no federally mandated cooling-off period. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unopened / in resalable condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

Defective Items

If the product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defect, please send clear photos and videos within 48 hours after delivery. We will arrange replacement or partial / full refund after verification. Defect claims do NOT cover normal factory minor paint marks, mold seams or slight color differences.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if the product is damaged by misuse, improper storage, accident or modification after delivery. Return shipping cost is non-refundable unless the defect is confirmed as manufacturing fault.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin

All items are shipped directly from China.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within [3–7 business days] after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated international transit time: [15–35 business days]. International delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local logistics, peak seasons or public events. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or any local taxes may be charged by customs in your country upon arrival. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are NOT included in our product price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates may be intermittent during international transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will assist you with tracking inquiries. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by carrier but stolen after delivery.

5. Disclaimer

Product Condition

Collectible figures are mass-produced items. Minor paint variations, seam lines and tiny blemishes are normal characteristics and not manufacturing defects.

Safety

This item contains small parts. Choking hazard. Not intended for children under 14. Keep away from young children.

Import Risk

We ship goods from China. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported into their destination country. We are not liable for seizure, detention or destruction by customs authorities.
